Jennifer Hamilton, Broker and CEO

Jennifer is the Founder and CEO of Noble Roads, LLC and is a Licensed Broker in the State of Texas. 

Time and experience sometimes help us to shape our way of thinking. People in past decades have sought to find a meaningful career and retire from that career later in their lives. The world we live in now is changing by the second, and it has sculpted the way we value preparation, training and performance. Each person has their own “toolbelt,” and provisions to develop skills that are essential to their purpose and mission in life to make a difference in the world and impact other people. Jennifer Hamilton is living proof of this, and she knows that God has been corner stone all her life as she has navigated through her career.

 Jennifer grew up in the insurance industry, her mother owned and operated her own insurance. Being raised by a strong woman who is incredibly business savvy, Jennifer was learned early on how to be a businesswoman. Jennifer obtained her insurance license while attending college. Upon graduating, she decided to pursue her next adventure and become an Investment Advisor / Financial Planner for Edward Jones.

 Later, Jennifer met and married George Hamilton IV, who is also known as Cade. The couple moved to her husband’s hometown in South Texas. Where Jennifer took the reins of a struggling brokerage in Laredo Tx and began her work improving client’s investment portfolios. Although she had a personal round-trip commute of over 100 miles each day (from Bruni Texas to Laredo, Texas) and some market challenging down-cycles, she was able to help several people retire, (send their children to college, buy ranches they had always wanted and realize their dreams) when they wanted, and through work and dedication she provided a sound footing for the company. While traveling this successful road, Jennifer was blessed with her first child, and she began to take her daughter, to work with her as her mother had done when she was a child. Raising a family and managing clients financial futures require laser focus, and with the Addition of two more children, Jennifer knew that she needed to choose between her job and family. She chose family.

It is hard to keep a star from performing! Past clients began to reach out to Jennifer and encourage her to keep impacting the financial world. One opportunity captivated her and Cade, and before long, the couple launched their investment company BAR-OD-4. Since they had to borrow the money to startup, they came up with this name to remind them how hard it was to get someone to believe in them and the investment to start out (sound out the letters – long “o”). Land and properties were continually a profitable investment so in time, Cade convinced Jennifer that she needed to get her real estate license, which she did in 2015.

From the insurance Industry and Financial and Estate Planning to Real Estate and Investments, Jennifer Hamilton has demonstrated her business acumen. She is uniquely gifted in growing business endeavors and people – two things that she values greatly. “I love research and forever learning,” she quips, “and after absorbing what I have learned, I find it natural to put those concepts to work and helping clients implement the strategies in a simple and straight forward way. Like starting up a viable business – (where the rubber meets the road) an easier process.” When others cringe at the thought of innovating and strategic concepts, Jennifer loves the idea, especially when it involves growing people and their investments.

Businesses vary, but all operate on the same principal processes. If you have good idea and great partners that respect each other, and what they bring to the table (money, contacts, idea, etc.) you’re likely to have a successful business. From one arena to another, wash, rinse and repeat, but she also is wise enough to see the differences. She advises clients to be extremely careful in choosing partners because when forming a company, I always find people that brings value to the investment and that have the gifts and talents I lack. A partnership is like a marriage without the fun stuff – so choose your business partners well”.

For Jennifer, success is about having quality time with her family, friends and knowing she made a difference in her client’s lives, being healthy and happy – having time with one’s family. Someday, she hopes that people will remember that she always tried to help and really cares about people and hope people feel encouraged and better than she found them. She has been married for almost two decades, and she has three children. They all love to spend time at their ranch, riding horses, hunting, shooting, four-wheeling and just having fun. Though Jennifer Hamilton makes it look easy, it is not. She knows, however, that God is always growing her, and she knows he will walk her through everything!
